Do I need to have a paypal account or sign up for one to make a purchase through your site?
- Nope! Our site uses a secure paypal merchant software that has a feature which allows you to use any type of credit card and enter the billing information without a paypal account or having to sign up for one. When your checking out and you reach the payment page, be sure to look to the left hand side to continue checking out with a credit card for non-paypal members.
Are your shirts washing machine safe or do I have to hand wash them?
- Unlike other shirts out there that have the EL panels sown onto the shirt, we are the only ones that have our shirts made with a removable design which allows you to throw your shirt in the washing machine and forget about hand washing them. There were many complaints and problems when customers would try to hand was their shirts. A lot of the time people will stretch the cotton material, have trouble getting stains out, or end up ruining the EL panel when they first attempted to wash their light up shirt, so we decided to create a custom removable design that looks as great as shirts that have the panel sown on.
Can I order a custom shirt? (Minimum of 15 shirts)

Why are your prices so low compared to other sites?
- There are no middle men! We've been in the business for a long time and work directly with the manufacturers to have our shirts custom designed and fitted.

How long do the shirts last?
- Like any other clothing or novelty accessory, THELIGHTUPSHIRT takes some wear and tear every time it is worn. It'll last depending on how many times you use it and how well you take care of it. Once it is worn, you cannot exchange or return it.
Is there a battery pack?
- There's a small battery pack connecting to the EL panel design. The shirt has a custom sown pocket on the inside of the shirt which keeps it completely hidden and out of sight. Don't forget that it's comfortable, too!
How long does shipping take?
- Depending on which shipping method you choose, it will vary. International orders (outside USA) take additional 1-2 business days to processed due to paper work. All domestic orders placed in the USA are dispatched within 2-3 business days from the order date. However, ALL ITEMS are subject to backorder which can delay shipping transit times. If items are on backorder, it will take 10 business days to process and dispatch orders.
